What to Expect
Delegates at Communicating COP26 can look forward to enjoying an inspiring full programme, plant-based refreshments, unique photography exhibit and networking evening on Monday 15 November in the beautiful Sansovino Room of Bristol Harbour Hotel. Keep reading to discover more about our fantastic full day of events.
Wildscreen have been building a programme of industry experts for 15 November to inform and inspire delegates with actions they can take to help protect the planet. Our panel sessions, interviews and conversations will use accessible language and involve speakers working across the world to conserve nature. The full day event aims to reflect upon and discuss the key themes of green finance, youth and public empowerment, nature and sustainable land use, practical solutions, natural world storytelling, indigenous wisdom and leadership.
Delegates attending the Bristol Harbour Hotel venue will be treated to delicious plant-based refreshments throughout the day. Doors will open at 9am and the day will start with morning refreshments supported by Triodos.
Wildscreen have partnered with Lovely Drinks to provide delegates with refreshing artisan soft drinks and sodas to accompany the vegan lunch menu.
Delicious locally-produced soft drinks will be provided by Lovely Drinks for Communicating COP26 delegates at lunch.
Unique Photography Exhibition
This exhibition is supported by Jessica & Adam Sweidan.
Wildscreen has collaborated with US-based charity If Not Us Then Who to create a one-of-a-kind photography exhibit featuring work from indigenous communities across the world. Drawing upon the theme of 'community', the twelve images will be on display in the stunning Sansovino room at Communicating COP26 for all delegates to enjoy.
Redcliffe Imaging is Supporting our Photography Exhibition and have printed images for Wildscreen's previous outdoor exhibits. "We produce a wide range of high quality promotional materials from billboards to PVC vinyl banners, posters, wallpaper and more. High resolution, full colour display graphics on a variety of media suitable for both indoor and outdoor displays."
There will be the opportunity to purchase high-quality prints of these outstanding photographs throughout November.

Following the final panel session, delegates are welcome to attend the Wildscreen Network drinks reception from 6-8pm. Delegates can pre-purchase a ticket to this reception to receive a included drink.
We will continually assess the environmental impact of Communicating COP26 and take every action to ensure that the effect our event has on the planet is minimised. We strongly encourage delegates to offset the impact of travelling to our event and are working with Ecolibrium as a Sustainability Partner. We will be contacting delegates directly with a simple and easy-to-use method for carbon balancing.
Wildscreen have partnered with Aurum who are the Carbon Offset sponsor and Emerging Talent sponsor for Communicating COP26.
CanCan will be supporting this year’s Wildscreen event, serving all delegates hot drinks in its reusable and trackable CanCan cups, eliminating the use of single use coffee cups during the event. Delegates don’t need to remember to bring their own keepcup! Once delegates are done with their CanCan cup, they will then be able to return it to a drop off point at the venue, for it to then be deep cleaned and reused later in the day. The smart technology that sits at the heart of the CanCan scheme means that it is possible to follow the life of every cup, so CanCan will also be providing live data of the amount of carbon saved at the event thanks to using its reusable cups.
